Seasonal Exterior Treatment

For effective outdoor control of nuisance insects, we’ve developed a Seasonal Pest Control Program designed to reduce insect activity and prevent them from invading your property.

This program includes three treatments throughout the summer.

We treat exterior surfaces of the building, the ground-level perimeter, and all other structures on the property (garage, deck, shed, outbuildings).

Effective and safe treatments for controlling spiders, earwigs, ants, woodlice, and other crawling insects.

INTERVENTIONS BEGIN IN MAY

What does the Program include?

• Application to exterior surfaces in areas prone to spider activity using pressurized equipment.
• Light removal of spider webs around doors, windows, entryways, and eaves.
• Use of biodegradable products that are safe for you and your environment. Our products are non-staining.
• Ground treatment around the exterior perimeter (3 metres) using natural granular products.

Following the initial treatment, we return for a second and third visit at 6- to 8-week intervals to maintain protection throughout the season.

Before each scheduled visit, a courtesy call is made to notify our clients of our arrival and to ensure windows are closed, gates are unlocked for yard access, and pets are kept indoors.

It’s important to note that any necessary adjustments to the Seasonal Pest Control Program between scheduled visits are included. We will be happy to return and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
